Refund policy

It's important to us that you are thrilled with your purchase and your purchasing experience. We have a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy for all items except for our deeply discounted Z'oops items and gift cards. Purchases made between Thanksgiving and New Year's Day will have a 60 day window for returns.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if anything is wrong so we can help make it right.

To start a return, contact us at returns@zoopitee.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

We will notify you once we’ve received your return. You’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
