Shipping policy

At Zoopitee Herbals, we're committed to getting your order to you safely and sustainably. We primarily ship via USPS, whose existing delivery routes make them the most environmentally responsible choice — they're already driving to your door every day. When needed, we may also ship via UPS, FedEx, or other carriers to ensure the best delivery time and to protect the integrity of your products during transit, particularly in extreme weather conditions.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of receipt.

Shipping Times Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier. We monitor weather and transit conditions and will select the shipping method best suited to protect your order en route.

Product Integrity Because our products are natural and may be sensitive to temperature and humidity, we take carrier selection and transit conditions seriously. If you have concerns about delivery conditions in your area, please contact us before placing your order.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
